Looking to remake a bolt probe with O-ring?

I am looking for someone to remake a bolt probe to properly seal off barrel for .30cal don cothran based gun. I had a delrin sleeve made a long time ago and it was a fix. I cant use a inner o-ring in the barrel. However after I acquired more expensive guns I would like to properly fix it.

A bolt is not a big deal to make, and there are a whole bunch of guys here who could knock one out for you, but you need to be able to provide some real information.
How about pictures of your current setup? If you could supply an accurate drawing with dimensions, that's a great starting point too and would go a long way toward finding some help.
Stock bolt (brass) and a replacement in stainless for a Baker breech that was fitted with a .30 pellet barrel...nothing too difficult at all.

Pics from an email Wayne sent. On the surface, a new bolt nose seems like it might be a simple job, but I'm not familiar with the BNM breech. From the email, it seems there may be an issue with the location of the transfer port conflicting with a probe oring...maybe Wayne can explain that better or send some pics of the pieces dis-assembled to show the problem area?

Thanks Al,
The background on this project is the original bolt from a bnm breech mutltishot .25 which I wanted to make into a 30cal. At the time I was not well informed on the need for inner o-ring on a barrel. I had dealt strictly with crosman. In any event I had someone who took a look at the project in its initial stages and said it couldnt be done. Their wasnt enough clearance between the transfer port and the end of the barrel for a o-ring. I was told a bolt probe with a o-ring would get beat up pretty bad using marauder magazine. In any event I pressed forward. My solution was to use a single shot tray which pretty good once I had dialed in the adjuster and other things.
Present day, I would like to add a O-ring to a new probe which will hopefully finally seal the chamber off.
The bolt length is 3.625" long
.4375 diameter tapering down to about .30
If anything else helps please let me know

Best advice is to get up to the 20 post threshold so that you can post pictures.......
Way too much missing information that could be clarified by just 1 picture........

Want to Thank Jay for taking on this project for me. A really great guy to work with. Most importantly from time I gave my drawing to him he was responsive and most importantly really quick. I messed up the original design all my fault and he remade the new one as fast I gave him the new drawings. I had no anticipation or timeframe and it was done QUICKLY!! I highly recommend him. I am hoping to post pictures soon.
