Help with designing bracket to hold a dual gauge external regulator

A while back I picked up one of Joe Brancato's Dual Gauge Regulators to use in tethering my air guns to my carbon fiber tank. One guage tells me how much air is felt in the tank and the other allows me to vary the air going to the gun for tuning. I have been very happy with the results and it have give me very consistent shot strings on the 3 25 caliber guns I have.
I want to build a cart with wheels to make it easy to move around the tank, regulator and some accessories. For the tank I planned on using a piece of PVC tubing lined with rubber cut from a yoga mat to keep in from scuffing the tank but still allow it to easily be removed from the cart for filling. A small box with a lid will hold extra pellets, a small chonograph and some snacks. Where I am struck is how to mount the regulator (and provide some protection for glass in the gauges). It doesn't have any theaded holes in it and I don't want to mount it directly to the tank. It's a bit big and bulky.
Any Thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Don

Ray,
Thanks for the advice. Already hitting the garage sales looking for the right Golf cart. My issue is how to mount the gauge set to the golf cart.
Again thank you...

Bill,
Thanks for input. I have the tank holder covered and I think these would be too larger to hold the gauges. But it give me some ideas about using something like this to design a holder.
Again thanks all....
