On Amazon's site it states the frustration free package is sold by and ships from Amazon. There is no mention of Crosman other than the brand of the pistol. Frustration free is Amazon's way of stating it was purchased taken out of the package and returned minus the package. That's the reason for the cost difference.

Thanks for the heads up. It appeared to come from the Crosman store. I hope that I don't get something that was returned because it didn't work!

I'll be waiting a month for mine. I told my daughter I could make her father's day gift easy. 😂 I don't care if it's new or not as long as it's serviceable. I've got plenty of parts around here. I mainly need the tube.

I've bought 2 of the "hassle free" packaging in the past. They were packaged in a brown box and they both looked brand new.  I ordered another from the link above today to give to a coworker.
