Any idea what my problem is now? i notice dry filament collecting on the hot tip. step away and everyy things goes south lol.

Agree, it looks like cleaning a plugged nozzle with the needle tool that my Ender came with. But how/why it would request that it baffling.
I see the E3 S1 has a filament sensor -- it is possible it has sensed that filament is not moving through when it expects filament should be. Clogged nozzle is one possible cause. No filament, failed/stalled extruder motor, or defective filament sensor, (or clogged nozzle) would be my guesses...

Ok that must be it I cut the filament and moved it to another machine. Left a piece in the extruder. So it probably showing clogged makes sense. Thanks guess I lol be working on that. Thanks print crew!
