You can thread directly into the shroud, same shroud dimentions and thread as Evanix guns so if you ask Neil Clauge to make you an LDC just ask to make one for a Rainsorm,....also you have enough room to get a 1" reflexed LDC

 The MAX comes with a 1/2-20 UNF adapter

Yes, but you can also take that adapter off and screw a Neil Clague LDC directly into the shroud.

Shrouds in both Standard and MAX are the same.

Perfect!! I hate cutting thoes ultra fine threads for schroud adapters:)
