Dedicated Air Archery air guns v. add on barrel kits?

With the new releases of dedicated air archery guns from Umarex, I have gotten interested in maybe trying air archery.  I like the new offerings, but don't really want another air gun.  This got me looking at other alternatives and the discovery that FX offers an air archery barrel for the Crown and Dreamline series.  I already own a Crown and 2 Dreamline based air rifles, so for $99.00, I could get the barrel kit that could be used on all 3 at any given time, saving myself a lot of money.  But, will a barrel kit give the same power and accuracy as a dedicated air archery air gun?  Just curious if anyone may have both and has done a comparison of each?

I saw what your "Dirty .30" did to that rat last summer while perusing the "Hunt Gate" tonight.  I even thought if it wasn't a vermin it might be overkill.... Not really!

Now you want to shoot them with archery bolts?  You are a devious guy when it comes to vermin.

LOL!  Not so sure I'd go after a rat with an arrow gun, especially with a concrete backstop!  I doubt the arrow would fair well in that situation, let alone the rat!

I personally would never get a dedicated Arrow launcher, I like it to much been able to shoot an arrow and right after a bullet and maybe an other arrow after that .....yeah I rather have a flexible gun than just a dedicated arrow gun.

I see you have no big bores and probably you have no use for them but if it was in the back of your mind this would be a great time to get one,...bullet shooter and arrow launcher in one
