I have been around here quite a while. I was lured in by Bobs millennium pumper.
Then it was a lot of tech builds.
People shared their ideas and freely helped others understand the intellectual property they freely and still freely give.

I am hurting like no one would believe right now. I have issues relating to the military, my wife leaving, legal issues, too much to think about while stuck in a cabin unable to even shoot a air rifle. I already can not say much on here as people keep screaming political.. yet if daily conversations so quickly turn political perhaps we need to talk about the elephant in the room.

You wanna talk about pay to play and member fees? Why don’t you start by offering a search system that actually works?

When you know what it is to have certified skills in more than one field and still don’t have work,

When you know what it’s like to have your kids presents to come from the VFW because your broke,

When you go out in -20 weather because it’s the only time bright enough to use a chrono but only if it’s on its side pointed towards the sun because you really really need something accurate enough to get some rabbit or grouse with the gun you put together because it’s the only working combination you could make out of your parts, just to find that now your pump is not working,

Then let’s talk. Although it should already be clear that I will not pay to access something that I have to find myself on google anyways. I realize I’m usually on the other side of normal. I’m usually for the underdog as I’ve always been the underdog.

Regarding the back room.. that's "touchy" subject for sure .   I can see the argument for it either way.  Certainly something for all parties to have an open mind on.

The search function needs an overhaul.. this is part of the old SMF system that's just not working as well as it should.  I'm looking at options. As for a "pay to play" system on the current GTA, I don't ever expect to see that happen, specifically for guys like you that need it to be free and open.
