Tony R MKmachining:
I am having trouble with the .22 File, and so is JawsTech, Xometry, Protolabs ect..
It looks like I can get the .177 mag rotor to $2.40 for a single unit out of Nylon12 which would be recommended for economy (Nylon11 for durability), (significant price breaks with quantity). The next closest I could find is $2.42, but the quality/functionality of the mag rotor would not have been excellent due to their preset parameters.
In the last year, I can not remember the last time that another 3D printing bureau beat or matched our price given the parameters are the same. (infill, part orientation, post processing, ect..) We do compare quotes and check frequently and the only time we are beat, we can say with 100% confidence that the quoting software encountered a bug, usually because the quote is less than half of what we would charge or something of the sort. We are one of the largest users of Nylon12 and The Largest user of Nylon11 in the world for MJF printing so our buying power is stronger than most. We also consult the client directly so see what the part will be used for to help determine the best printing practice to ensure part durability and surface finish is optimal.
I don't want to tag up this post too much with technical jargin and to keep the Mods happy. DM me if you need anymore follow up.

Thanks, Tony
I think your above price indication for the .177 mag rotor should generate some more serious interest from other GTA members. I assumed that your prices would be high, based on the need to pay for equipment. And I assumed that others on GTA would assume the same thing. So, thanks for correcting my assumption.

Printer in use: Creality Ender 3 Pro -- print sizes up to ~9" x 9" x 10" high
Materials: PETG, PLA, and TPU flexible filament. Many colors available.
Resolution: Printer is capable of ~0.05 - 0.10mm (0.002-0.004") XY precision, Z layers from 0.08 to 0.40mm.
To give you some idea -- it's not unusual to print functional fine metric threads (1mm pitch.)
Critical dimensions get the attention needed to print at the desired size.
Custom design: Can be done to a limited extent -- I can CAD up almost anything, just need to be mindful of the time involved. Free consultations ;) I prefer to print existing designs.
Turnaround time: Usually just a couple of days for parts printed from existing design files.
Bulk orders: To a limited extent -- 3D printers are not speed demons -- I can provide time estimates for large orders.
Thank you for your consideration!
