how does some-one sign up tp participate?
Is this at a at home range then summit your scores online?
what targets are use and where can they be had?
any info on this subject will be helpful.

Howdy! You got it, it's a home range shoot, take a photo if you can, and submit yer scores. I never had to sign up when I started here, just started shooting and posting my targets. (I don't run the matches, just an eager participant).
