BB jammed in new magazine spring for Umerax XB 40 bb gun

I bought a spare magazine for a new Umarex 40 XB 20 shot co2 pistol. About a week old and there a bb jammed in the spring rendering the magazine unusable. I cant see a way of getting the bb out of the hole and the case is riveted.  Will Pyramid replace that Mag free of charge and is there a way remove it?  $10.00 and not even a week old.

I emailed Pyramid about the situation with the magazine and they just basically blew it off and said to contact Umarex. They gave the part number. So they dont really care about replacing the magazine. I wasted $10.00 on a new mag I had for a week and cant use.  All the stuff I've ordered from them and they cant eat the cost of a new one that cost them probably half. I'm disappointed with them. But I guess It's business.  Theres no way to get the BB out even with tweezers cause the spring channel is too narrow to allow a bb to be pulled out and usually the spring breaks too. The case is riveted together so it cant be disassembled.

[/quote.]Tried that didnt work.  I tied something else got the bb out but the spring stretched and broke.  So much for that magazine.
