Check the pump cup very well...Also replace all the valve's O ring seals now too, and make sure the valve is clean in and out, get some 'Secret sauce' oil from Mac to oil all the parts and the new O rings before installing, the oils extend their lifespan...
These show the pump rod/piston that was in this 102.
Does this pump rod/piston look like yours ? It'S 6 7/8" long
