ATN Xsight gen1 no service

I bought a Xsight gen 1 about a year ago. The buttons on top became finicky. So I called ATN and was told they don't service or sell parts to fix it. That's some real BS. Now I have a paper weight. I'm really disappointed in the company for dropping parts and services for the products. Was thinking of getting a Thor, but now I'm not.

Doesn't sound like good practices at all. I had considered buying from them but read where several people were having issues with the newest generation device software. Don't think I'll consider purchasing from them unless I hear better from them. Hope you can get it resolved.

I bought an ATN X-sight ll, a few years ago. It had/has a few problems, mainly a battery eater. Then ATN came out with the new 4K Pro model. TONS of problems. Mainly firmware. And support is, well, if you can't say something good........

Any proper board-level electronics repair outfit will be able to replace those buttons. They're like 30c each, labour might be a bit but it'll cost less than some overpriced sight.

I've always liked the idea of a scope cam but the price of the ATN's always held me back and seeing these results I'm glad I didn't get one.
