i have the guy next door (mayor of the city of Burt, IA) and he has firewood stacked on his LP tanks (two 500 gl.) I don't burn wood, and don't run a bar like he does but this doesn't seem real safe to me...what do you think, my I being an old maid or should I say something????

Does he heat with propane?  If so, I will bet the propane company won't refill his tanks.  Kind of hard to blow the whistle on the mayor, especially if you live in a small town.  How much wood does he have stacked on the tanks?  Is it in a rack or some sort or just stacked right on top of them?  I would also worry about termites if I were him.  You shouldn't stack wood right next to the house.

Wow, just Googled Burt.  Population 489 (2009).  Is that where BestAirGuns hangs out?  If so, you're not listed on the "city's" website, LOL.  They do look like they have a nice funeral home.  Might be convenient if those tanks leak.

the woods just stacked up against the tanks, he heats the bar with it so minimal use of the LP....
