We're getting a new furnace put in tomorrow, so I've been rearranging and clearing out space fir tomorrow's install. As much of a pain that it was, it also feels good to clean out and reorganize an area that's been neglected for years.While I was toiling away in the basement, Susan made a wonderful and very satisfying dinner that really hits the spot after a long day!
Looks great X! Butter is mandatory for baked taters along with some sort of wonderful seasoning. I don't like dry taters.

I assure you these gold potatoes were not dry. I do prefer coating the skin with oil and salt before baking. It gives the skin a great flavor.
