So.....what did you shoot today?
avator:
Yeah Dan, pretty much just trying to stay busy.

--- Quote from: Lt. Dan on September 21, 2023, 12:31:12 AM ---Finally got over Covid, took 22 days but I'm over the worst. Things still do taste right.
Cooler weather finally arrived as well, still in a drought but cooler mornings.
I shot my R7 .177 this morning, putting about 150 AA 7.87 pellets down range. Had a blast.
Then brought out the HW50 .22 for another 75 or so pellets.
I was amazed at both rifles and the Airmax scopes as well. Both rifles and scopes preformed exactly as the did the last time I shot them, probably 5 months ago.

I’m glad you’re back and getting better too! I’m just now getting over the flu myself. Andi has it now. It’s becoming an annual thing for us now.
avator:
Yeah, I had felt a bit weak in the knees and queezy the past couple days and I was sure I was coming down with something. I even had a very restless night last night. But I don't feel bad at all this morning.
Matter of fact, when we get back from Betty Lou's Dr. appt. this morning I plan to get back on the Red Shed lean to project. The plan is to get some, if not all of the tin roofing on. It will require 6 10' panels. I have 3 21' panels to cut them from. Again, this is all repurposed material and not in brand new condition. But, it will serve it's purpose as shelter for ATVs and mower.
Xraycer:
COVID numbers are rising again. If the number gets to 20%, my hospital will implement full time masks again.
Lt. Dan:
Robert, I'm glad you're feeling better after your gall bladder removal, been there brother.
And John sad to hear you and Andi both suffered/suffering from the flu.
Pam and I went to Memphis about a month ago to our older daughter's home to be there for her oldest child's baptism. Mandy, our daughter felt bad during the baptism and later that night had fever...tested herself and yep Covid, so been the good parents we are we decided to share Covid. Pam started showing symptoms the Tuesday and me Thursday. We drove back home Tuesday before testing ourselves... both positive for Covid.
Pam was over hers first after about 2 weeks, I decided to drag mine out for 3 weeks. I don't mind saying, it kicked my behind.
