Interesting that 3 of the 4 replies are from Illinois and not Iowa.  I am going to set a tentative date of June 10-11 simply because of the extra activities available during Pioneer Days.

Tater:  Since you are a moderator, can this be posted in other gates for wider dissemination?

I could move this thread over, but I think it would be best to just make a new thread in the Announcement Gate once the date is set. You could copy/paste the rules you posted above in it too.

I put it on my calendar, hopefully things will open up so I can attend.

Sounds like a plan! The following week we will be in Minot, N.D.  Maybe I can stop and see Mike at FDAG the Monday after the shoot.  Lilly and I have pencilled the date in.  We are excited.
