Stretched my mind a tad this morning...shouldn't do that too often. LOL
I have edited the Home page and the Forum page with more updated announcements.
See if this helps but I doubt it. For most members, if they click on Show unread posts since last visit, they would see these new entries about the Fun Shoot.
:)

Don't sprain the brain, Dave ....  ;D  I'll send you some money via Pay Pal & the Donations link.

OK guys Dave said I should post this, he will add the pics. Made up 8 so far, and going for 12. They stand 3 feet high and hold 2- 8 x 11 sheets. Thought for some kind of competition it would make things even. Eileen got us a ream of #50 card stock to print targets. Also have 2 boxes of paint balls and plenty of T's. Yes they will get painted, just so it can get knocked off.

I need to stop making things out of steel. With the 6k nitrogen bottle, and everything else I think my GVW is approaching 22K. Good thing I upped my fuel tanks to 86 gal. No fun filling it up.

:)

Wood targets will last much longer if you put .080 aluminum on the back side. A little more expense, but the wood lasts longer and the aluminum is re-useable. The city in which you live might even donate old 12X18 signs they have. :)

2x12 hard to blow through except for big bores. :)
And we have a Sign & Safety Division at work. Have access to aluminum sign blanks. Thanks for that idea.

Thanks Mike for the gift cards. If I don't send a pm with the winners names, I will post them in a thank you thread to everyone. I'll TRY to keep up with where everything goes, that may be the job of Teresa, my backup. LOL
Let her get the names so we will have record of them. During the drawing it gets pretty hectic.
Thanks again!!!

I want to thank each and every one that contributed items for the raffles and for door prizes. You helped MAKE the event and pay the tab. I wish all contributors could have been there in person. With the crazy schedule (non-schedule), rain and everything else, I failed to write down the names of all of the winners of the items. I will also work on that next year. Mike, the Hatsan 95 was a great raffle item that went home with a happy member. Ron, thanks so much for the calls!!!
Dennis Baker for the 2240 and 2260. Dave Rendsing for the stock and adapter kits. Steve Corcoran for the custom grip set. David (Yarp) for the 1077 airguns. Art for the bleeding zombie. Vincent for the MRod regulator. Travis and Jim for the MRod depinger and 1/2" UNC adapter. Nervoustrigger and Josh (wilsonj1018) for the 1377 and 760 vintage set. Jeff at Trenier for the targets, backpack and spinners. Nikoman for the banner and targets. Jeff aka Privateer for the SMG 22 and XS60C. Al (airgunwarriors) for the M-14. Scott (airgunsdaily.com) for the Gamo Whisper. Al for the targets he shipped. Even as heavy as they were, the big bores took one spinner out. LOL
I may try welding it back myself.
Tom (Dockey454) for the target stands.
David (Rocker1) for his target stands.
Geoffrey for his targets and bottles that unfortunately never saw pellets. :(
And I know there were a lot of other donors for targets and items. My apologies and I may remember more as the clouds clear and I get some needed rest. :)
But I THANK you all for your contributions and support. The event can NOT be great without YOUR help. And one last thing is MANY thanks to all of you for stepping up and helping with the setup and cleanup afterwards. The place looked GREAT Saturday afternoon. Matter of fact, even with no refuge barrels out, you guys picked up after yourselves beyond belief.
Thank you for making a great impression on the host and his staff. And for doing such an outstanding job of not only representing GTA Forums, but the entire airgun community!!!
Thanks to David and Diane for getting there early to help with setup. And especially for Diane manning the registration/ticket desk some to allow Teresa to get out and about some. It was a great break for her.
Thanks to Rich, Joe and David for help in managing the event.
I cannot thank Hargis, Amy, David and the other fairground folks for the outstanding support of our event!!!
Okay, thanks to all. Group hug!!!

:)

Allan, good to meet you too little feller. LOL
Sure hope to see you again but stop blocking the sun. I thought we were going to have to stack two tables to get the right height for you to shoot comfortable though. But you made due.
