They seem to have a niche on many branded air rifles but have the attitude that if you want one you will just have to wait on us when we are ready to answer the phones. After my first & second purrchases years ago I never went back for thirds. Service is awful and they lack knowledgeable sales reps. They can be nice on the phone but don't know squat. They prey on those of us who are not truly experienced about air rifles and will sell you an Edsel if they can.

Yep, one time was enough for me. I think the whole stink over ssso wouldn't have happened if aoa cared just a tiny bit about cut or service.

Gene  you are a better man than I am. I was looking for parts for a Webly Vulcan and someone said they might have what I was looking for. After getting ahold of them and asking about what I was looking for they told me what I already knew, that the rifle was old and hinted that I should buy one of the latest and greatest from them. They were polite, but they treated me much the same way a local Harley dealer does to the folks that don't  buy new off the showroom floor. Once is enough for me. I vote my wallet and don't go there.
