I had to replace mine just recientely. came in , looked just like yours.Only thing is , it doesnt read 3000 psi or maybe I'm reading it wrongthe OEM has four hash marks inbetween the 1000's mark, which I read, 2,4,6,8,1000.the new one only has eight hash marks and if you read each one as 1 than there is only 800 inbetween the 1000's mark.SO am I reading this wrong or what. I contacted crosman this AM , sent a pic of the two and asked if there was something wrong or am I reading it wrong.compare the two gauges, left OEM, right replacement

New gauge is fractional 1/2, 1/4s and 1/8s. So it would read 2,000, 2,125, 2,250, 2,375, 2,500, 2,625, 2,750, 2,895, 3,000
Yep, that's what I don't like. Working with 200 psi increments was so hard
