BSA cats eye 4x16x44 for $99 at acadamy

Jut picked up the above listed scope for $99 at acadamy.  I guess there clearing them out cause even amazone wants $120 for them.  I grabbed the last one at the local store since it was good deal.  Glass is very clea and I'm impressed for the price.  Better than my etched glass (top of the line) leapers.  Only issue it its a straight crosshair set up without mil dot.  I'm going to try it out just to see but I enjoy shooting long range (100 yard)and like the holdover reference.  I don't center the scope for long range cause I tend to do most shooting at 50 yards or so.  Therefor, if anyone is looking for a great deal on a 16x scope with great glass and you don't care for the mil dot.  This may be a great deal for you.

Nice find. I have the 3x12x44 and its a very nice scope. Clear, bright, and easy to use. Can't remember if its AG spring rated or not, but for pcp and co2 it great. The side focus is decent for range finding but the adjustment wheel is a little tight to turn and I have not found any other out source to get a big one. If you use chairgun software it will help you set up the clicks you will need to make those longer range shoot.
