After having shot a few of them at your house, I seem to remember having to get my head into a very awkward position to even look through the scope. Maybe this stock will help with that. I'm interested to hear how this works out.

They look great IMO. They come in .25 too!
The Airforce guns always lacked with the stock shoulder piece. There are adjustable aftermarket shoulder pieces out there that solve that problem and you won't have to strain your neck.
PS.
That is a Talon in the pics Gene. Or at least theose have Talon frames, not the Condor frame.

I think they look very cool and they are probably very comfortable but I guess I'm the odd duck because I find both my Talon and my Condor to be very comfortable and just fine the way they are.

I like the Stubby Stock. I sold my Condor earlier this year because of the uncomfortable cheek/shoulder position..... Haven't regret it once. So this new stock may be the answer.
It just wasn't the stock that made me sell, it was also the trigger, saftey, and...ok I'll stop.
I really like the Edgun.

I find the trigger on my Condors to be very good. The safety is awkward but it can be removed, or polished so that it disengages very smoothly
The Edgun is nice, but more than twice the cost $ of a Condor, and gives you half the power.
These new Air Force stocks are a huge improvement and I can see the shoulder pad is much lower than before - exactly where it should be. It is probably adjustable, but not sure. I have the Work-Butt II adjustable shoulder piece (it was $45 2-3yrs ago) on 2 out of the 3 Condors, and it works very well. My other one has a custom wood stock that fits my shoulder very well too and is adjustable. It also has a longer LOP which I find perfect. Here is a pic.

The stocks are made by Doug Russell and R&L Airguns is the exculsive dealer for them. I met Doug at the Ark airgun show in april this year and bought one of his long stocks to put on the Condor I purchased from Randy, I sent
Randy a pic of it and gave him Doug's contact info and the rest is history. It really helped Doug out as he has been off work for over 6 months recovering from shoulder surgery. The stocks are made of three layers of maple laminated together then inletted and finished with a heavy duty bed liner coating. The stock makes my Condor shoulder better and my off hand shooting improved after installing it. My Condor is in .25cal with Randys shroud on it.

I like them a lot but a little too much $ for me.. I bet if Doug Russel was selling them direct, they should cost around $100 less.
Here is some other grips by Talon Tunes that are more reasonably priced at $165.
http://www.talontunes.com/id15.html
But you only get the pistol grip and forearm. I may get a set of these since I already have some kind of adjustable shoulder piece on all 3 Condors.

I was able to try these out at the Arkansas airgun show and they made me consider buying a AF gun. . It really changes the guns into something new. I really liked the shorter stock on the Talon SS and would want the shorter one even for a Condor to cut some weight down.
