C02 is climate sensitive. Considering where you live I would rule that out right out of the gate. You already have the springers covered. That's gonna leave pumpers and PCP. PCP is gonna require a hand pump, or some other fill source like a tank and a way to fill it, compressor or fill station. A pumper needs to be pumped for every shot. Maybe this will help you narrow down the search.

Is hand pumping practical or would a simple air compressor a better option. Im assuming a regular automotive/shop type compressor is all one needs and not some specialized/dedicated airgun compressor.
First of all, yes you're right this Site is awesome with input from a huge spectrum of top airgunners. Now, on the guns subject.Whatever you do, ......DON'T BUY A PCP ! ....if you do you'll be Immediately completely hooked by the lack of effort needed to be absolutely precise in your shooting, by how quiet those PCPs are and can be made, and by the power PCPs are capable of.Before you'll know it any effort to stick to a budget will be completely futile, and shortly after you will be upgrading and adding guns in a vicious cycle that never ends
Why does it have to be cookies? Why can't it be smores.... I like smores.
Hi Ron,There is an airgun range not too far from you in Bristol, WI. http://bagaclub.com/They have a 30 yard indoor range open during winter on Saturdays and in the spring and summer have field target and bench matches. Me and my wife have been planning to go up there and if you want to meet there on a Saturday, I'd be happy to let you try out my Disco.
Where would I find that map?
