Navy cylinders only at this point FAIK

My understanding is the life may go on like an aluminum tank as long as it passes it's test but I also read where it will get an additional 15 years. Either scenario is great for the airgun community unless of course you sell SCBA tanks. I now have six tanks nearing the 15 year mark and own my own compressor but if I want to travel I have no way to fill.I am very interested in getting mine re-certified and I am sure people without compressors are super excited to see this go through. The cost of used SCBA tanks will go up because the fire departments will not need to keep buying and guys who want to fill their airguns will buy them up. The market won't be flooded with discarded tanks since the fire departments can just recertify them.
Three of us guys are working on a deal right now, after my buddy gets his 60 minute tank, if it is in good shape, we may buy 5 of them and that will be it. As I have a Shoebox, we will fill them up and from then on just top them off ... there is no place that fills around here ;- (wll2506
