The regulator and all its parts look really nice. I just don’t think there is enough volume between the regulator and valve for a .25, but I do think it would work quite well for a .22. PCP tunes said I can get 900 plus FPS with a 95g hammer and o ring under the top had. I did not try that yet so I am not going to call BS at the moment. But I did learn a lot and have a bunch of components to start building my .257 Condor. =)
Anyways… Let me know what you think of the video… Please be kind….

That's not the way it works. If the chamber is to small a larger hammer will not help you. Good way to try and sell you more though. You can turn the PW and nothing changes either because there is not enough air. Only way to get more is to bump up the psi on the reg.
PCP tunes some how got a hold of one of my valves and copied it a few years back. They say they didn't but it's a exact copy and different from all there other valves.
Good luck if your buying there extreme valve. They copied it before I made my valves spin loc. Last I checked they only offered with no gauge and nipple..

I don't have the extreme valve just the high flow valve and top hat. I did as much porting as I could on the valve but there is not much I could really do. I figured it’s a good place to start with the .257 and test from there.

You can start there then. I would go with with a 28" min barrel.
If your not concerned on length 32" is what I run. Gets the speed up without crazy pressure.
