Alright!!!!! Finally got the disco back together in proper working condition.
New to the disco: Mellon air long probe ( had to polish that up )
Mellon air barrel
p-Rod gauge block ( big hole going threw this one, anyone know what that will change)
O rings ( of course )
Heavy hammer spring ( thanks Bob )
20* valve job ( thanks ( again ) Bob )
Re worked the trigger, pollished hammer/striker, inside air tube,
She's holding air and passed the tissue test
Weather is toying with me right now, hoping to get outside today. Maybe walk around the field to see what I can find.
A big thank you to MustangMike, Rsterne,Lloyd, rescue, motor head,.............
This project has taught me so much about this gun

Congrats. The air is not restricted now with that larger gauge hole like it was beforehand. How were the striker & tube polished, what was used to do that? Were you having cocking issues that made you want to get them polished?

Just polished with 600grit. Only did it cause I was bored while waiting for parts. Plus I've read over and over here bout folks doing such things. All things done have done it well. Feels like a different gun already

That's good. Sanded by finger or dremel attachment?
