Hey guys! As I've been reading around for the last couple years, I've noticed that there aren't a bunch of threads on the XS guns from Mike Melick, or anywhere for that matter. And those that are around are somewhat disappointing. I was thinking we could make this THE thread in regards to XS guns. Post what you got and what you want!I'll start. I have a XS-12 on the way from Coreman here on the forums. It has been in the hands of four GTA members, one of which is Niko. I'm looking forward to enjoying the legacy of this gun as a sparrow popper and tin can plinker! I also have four more XS rifles that I want to get. I want to get a B26-2 in .177 as a longer range bird gun/backyard shooter, a rammed XS46U in .177 (to replace the one I had to sell) for 10 M paper punching (incredibly accurate guns) and as a gun to sit by the window I shoot pests out of, a 25SFB in .22 that has been chopped 3-4" as a short, compact field gun, and a 28 in .22 with peep sights as a short range coon hammer! All of them fully tuned of course! I'm really excited to purchase these guns over the next year or so!Your turn!
i have a 28 and a 25 both in .22id really like to peep sight my 28. what did you use?
I gave the peep sight a try and don't know, on the one rifle I tried it on I couldn't get the sight low enough. Shoots too high even all the way down, yours might be different...sight picture was great however. "Adjusting" the barrel will fix the problem...
I've been eyeing an XS-12 in .177. Could any of you attest to the loudness of the rifle in comparison? My RS2 & WFH .25 are a little too loud imo. My other springers are fairly quiet.
I have sold some with peeps mounted, need to have one that will go really low...
