I was in a local pawn shop the other day and they had a 22 trail NP on the shelf. ..... I can probably get it out the door for around a 100. I was wondering if this seems like a decent deal and if there are certain dates I should look out for or anything else I should check.
If you go to the Crosman website they have the same gun refurbished for $80 with free shipping and a 30 day warranty. Something that the pawn shop is not likely to give you. Check it out. http://www.crosman.com/outlet/9-BW8M22NP
Thanks for all the replies. I didn't think about how many times it could have been dry fired. I also didn't;t know the Trail is basically the Same gun as the Titan which I have. I may try to swing by and see if I can pick it up cheap. I do kike the feel of the stock better than the Titan, how much difference is there in the barrel ?

The whole barrel assembly is different between the two but you can get all the parts for $40 or so to change over. The biggest difference is that the Trail barrel is threaded to accept the shroud cap that retains the other parts. I definitely wouldn't pay $100 for it in a pawn shop but I'd take a risk for $75 if the gas ram doesn't feel weak.
Sounds like a good deal. But being in a pawn shop, it has probably been dry-fired. I would plan on tearing it down and deburring, polishing and lubing. Also a new seal from ARH. CDT trigger and a real scope. Hawke Sport 3-9X40 AO is a good match. Have fun with it.
