not smooth cocking

Well I got my Titan Np back from crosman a few days ago and today I had a chance to shoot it and break it in. When I first cocked it made a grinding sound as I cocked it. I thought it would go away when it was broken it but no it has not. I've shoot around 200 shots through it and there is still the grinding sound. Also the accuracy is not what it was before my old one got a bent barrel.
Any thoughts on the cause/solutions

Since it's still new call the vedor and tell them ,they should work something out with you.The problem is you cocking slot the arm rides in needs to be deburred and need moly for lube and possibility a bad piston seal if your accuracy is bad.

More than likely it is the gas ram dragging on the inside of piston.
