I was considering ordering one but when I went to their site there was no phone number or address and that for me kills it.when there's no way to contact a business except by email and form email at that, I avoid.I hope you can get your money back through paypal.

Well they are in Poland very expensive to call them lol. if you have time read my post right above this one
If an air gun product isnt working for you and the seller doesn't try to make it right you should post it. Without question you should post it. We are a small community by reporting a bad seller or a bad experience only helps everyone. Some guys are and will never be happy but when you get 3 or 4 members saying the product is bad most likely its bad. There was a similar post about Wolf LDC's this summer while I was shopping for an LDC. I sent a couple of PM's to the members with issues and was sure I wanted no part of Wolf when they explained the problems. I am grateful, thanks. Yes it was "only" $75 but I worked way to hard for that $75 for it not to be right. I wound up paying $92 for a shipped LDC from TKO that did not fit properly. I called Mike at TKO and a new LDC was delivered 5 or 6 days later. No questions, no modifying and most important no aggravation. This is an expensive hobby that I really enjoy, a bad seller should not be allowed to get in the way of that. If a seller did the right thing and your happy let the rest of us know. If we stick together it will only make air gunning more enjoyable.
"Yes I did let people know how wolf treated me and I am very satisfied and they were very interested in improving it and they did. no doubt people got bad ones before but I acted very nice to them and they improved their unit and I just shot with it and it is more then what you can ask for. you are right you cannot please some people and I say that is a lot of people.being I worked on houses for 45 years. people are having trouble with Daystate rifles Air Arms etc and having trouble getting them fixed after spending big money on them. my friends have new F 150's and dodge pickups that are junk so a 70 dollar LDC aint the end of the world especially when they made a better one sent to me for no charge. look at your TKO LDC for an example"I wasn't singling anyone out just making a statement that I felt was good for all air gunners. Your statement above is trying to say buy Wolf products and if it's junk I should be okay with it because it only cost $70? Its not the end of the world because my PCP costs a lot more than $70? Do you work for Wolf or have a family member that works for Wolf??
Thats a fair statement. I misunderstood your last post.. I will say this TKO will try to make things right if his product is not working properly the same can not be said about Wolf. He fixed Joey's LDC because he treated him nice or he didnt fix Louie's because he did not ask nicely is no way to do business. People should stand behind whatever they sell, period.
I guess we'll find out soon Maybe I'll the poster child -> "Ugly American" You know, Wolf Airgun LDC are imported through in NY

I hope it works out for you."It is funny how I posted my whole interaction with them I was nice to them and they were nice to me sending another improved unit to me for at no charge and people here still say they do not stand behind their product. I know they make some bad units but so does TKO. If I threatened them maybe I would have run into a problem"What bad units did TKO sell without making it right? Your the only person I hear making these statements about TKO.Making it right in business means fixing a bad product for everyone not one or two people that asked nicely.
