... and outta my own pocket... But who cares about the details!? I ordered a CCS 2300 about a month ago and then recently snatched up that 1322 combo pack AGD had up for $70. Amazingly, not only did they both get here the same day, but at the same time. Had our FedEx lady and UPS guy both standing outside waiting for my autograph.
I had originally bought the 2300 to be as compact as possible to take hiking and kayaking (lots of snakes, and I like snakes... but not in my boat....) The 1322 was just for fun and plinking. However, after trying the shoulder stock on both of them I'm kinda think'n I went the wrong way
Looks like I might be buying me a longer barrel here shortly and just use the 1322 for my backpack'n pistol.
Didn't have time to shoot either of em much, but did give both a few rounds. I'm gonna have to get used to a pumper, not a huge fan of it but loved how quiet it was. The 2300 worked wonderfully and once I get the proper mounts (since there's no rear sight) I'll be certain to test its accuracy.
Now I need to find me a decent case for em... might be time for another trip to Academy Sports...
Both configs:
Still kinda bummed I couldn't track down a LPA mim rear sight for the 2300 (wanted it open-sight for compactness) But that's a sweet lil red-dot a buddy of mine gave me a few weeks back. Can't find any info on it, only found 1 pic of it but that was on a closed gun listing... It's waiting on some new mounts, those are weaver + a dovetail adapter. It originally came off his old .22 Sig Sauer. All I could gather on it, was that it's an older (probably discontinued) model. Their new tubular red-dots are a lot shorter.
Got a few days off coming up, can't wait!
