Boyd's varmint thumbhole stocks

I've been considering a new stock for my marauder. The bullpups are just too much money, and about the only other option is a Boyd's.
I've seen some info pop up on them lately, namely
http://www.boydsgunstocks.com/FindAStock?Make=98&Model=B67&Action=65
I see that Discos'r'us also sells them, however at a much higher price point that straight from Boyds - like twice as much. Boyd's site says they are/can be shipped finished, and specifically labeled "marauder stock". Are the ones from Boyds ready to drop in, or do they need inletting or finishing?
I can justify $99 pretty easily, but $210 gets into the "wife approval" area...

Wimpy,
Because of the way the Marauder is built, on top of the air chamber, the action will sit too high and the comb of the stock will be to low.
The best Boyd's stock is the Blaster with a raised Monte Carlo comb that also must be raised a bit.
There is a kit that can be bought to do that.
Then it will look like this:

Norm discussed the Mrod and Varmint Thumbhole here:
http://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=94351.0
I have that stock on a PB, and would agree that the airtube/mrod action is going to need a high comb riser.
Frank is correct for the Blaster, too. It will need the comb riser, but not as high as VT. I have a shorter prod action in one, and it needs only 1/4" riser.
All of Boyd's stocks were designed for PB, so a large airtube action of the mrod, they will need a comb riser.
