177 or 22cal? I have a 177 that likes 10gr. pellets ok. but I think the xs46u is better in 22cal.

Prolly should be looking at a nice PCP for 80 - 200 yards. You're asking for performance that a rimfire .22 would be hard pressed to deliver.

As long as it's accurate to start I have a day with 125 yard indoor stretch no wind. Most of my air fun hunting is between 40 and 60yards I want to practice long and work on really pushing it so in the field I have less to worry about. Trying to get my hold ingrained into muscle memory. I'll push 200 for fun but not for practical shooting

Right now I shoot 25 to 65 yards (that is until I get some more of my yard mowed).
I feel that you need to spend a little more on the rifle and scope to get the distances you want.
