Too bad I'm at work. I will run it over the chrony and get some numbers on that one before I make a call to Hatsan.Just curious, how does the .25 shoot? Here you go and it's not good.Exact king .25 25.39grn.1. 470.32. 461.93. 472.74. 470.15. 463.26. 471.47. 472.28. 474.89. 470.810. 477.1Barracuda Hunter Extreme 28.40 grn1. 460.12. 458.13. 462.34. 466.65. 423.56. 458.97. 458.78. 464.29. 452.810. 468.3I'm sure the numbers will improve after the repair but it will still be low power for a .25No, that's not good. What numbers to you get with your 100X .25's? According to the Hatsan website the Dominator should shoot the same FPS as the 100X (650 FPS).

Here are the new numbers for the repaired .22 FTT14.66 grn1. 718.92. 698.63. 723.24. 736.25. 734.86. 726.77. 737.38. 735.89. 720.010. 731.1Excite plinking 12.96 grn1. 806.32. 806.33. 801.24. 808.25. 808.56. 804.27. 799.18. 800.29. 806.810. 800.8There was an improvement for sure and I'm sure a little more speed can be gained.Next step is to take it down and tune it.
I will have to check those again. I doubt the dominator can make the Same power as the 100x since the 100x has a slight bigger powerplant I will run them over the chrony when I get a chance
There were reports of undersized seals coming from Hatsan some time ago. Could this be an issue with your rifles?
The Dominator and 100X have the same bore.Only the stroke might be different but I don't know for sure. The ARH piston seals work the best in the Hatsans once fitted properly. This is the seal you want.http://www.airrifleheadquarters.com/catalog/item/251485/10055863.htmIf I recall right, I was getting about 650 FPS with JSB 25.4's in .25 before I sent it off.
When I fit the seals, I turn them so 2.25 pounds will push them in.There's several ways you can work the seal lip.
I was waiting for you to spill the spring change. The 48 Spring I doubt has a lot to do with it shooting 650's.Based off my 48 .177 and several Hatsans of the same power plant? It would probably do the same with a stock spring once tuned which you did. I just have to figure out how to get David to give it back now!
