I picked one up at a tag sale over the summer. As it pumps it leaks air. Before disassembly I thought it was leaking out the transfer port. I guess before I continue, this is my 1st pumper total teardown. Once disassembled I notice each pump it leaks air. Gun apart, just pumping the pump tube and listening. So I'm just guessing here but thinking the valve must be stuck, dirty , something. I time permits I'll drive out the pin and take the balance apart. But on to the question. Anything in particular I should look for, known issues, basic improvements etc? TIA
davids is the only one i know that has been able to get power out of the 66... mine is the same, 760 power in a 2100 sized package with rifled barrel... not strong enough. for that kind of power the 760 is way more practical and it forces me to take only short distance shots.
try it... i think the 75 760 was still a cock on pumping gun, no? if so that wont work... otherwise it should. By the way, your 1997 is sick!!! that is the 760 i like the most... i cant get myself to buy the new one... I like that lego brick pump arm...
