I have two XS60Cs and yesterday one of them suddenly developed a leak from the fill valve on airtube. Has anyone ever had this happen? How do I fix it?

A replacement stainless one-way foster fill-nipple should run about ten dollars plus shipping. Mike might have them.

I have one that leaks all the air off if I don't shoot it for several days. I don't have a problem with that. But then again, I have a cf100 3300psi tank so air is not a problem for me. If I was pumping it might be different. The thing is... when it is empty and I try to fill it slowly it will leak like you are describing. I have to give a quick wide open turn on the air tank valve to get it to seal. Then it's good to go. Like was alreday mentioned, it's probably the foster fitting.

drain all the pressure, loosen the ring until it almost hits the fill nipple then pull on the brass cap until it hits the ring, repeat until cap is out, unscrew the rear fitting and check the seal inside on the brass clover leak piece, it may have dirt on it, you can flip it over if there is a scratch in the material...clean good and reassemble

Thanks Mike. All I did was flip the seal around like you said and now it's working.
