A basic dusty standard red brick. Impacts pulverize it a little at a time. Terrific at 25 yards or over 100. Pulverize it then set up another. Shoot it to rubble then pulverize that.

Sidewalk chalk--Poof!
Acorns
Grasshoppers
If my wife isn't around, I'll shoot unopened buds of flowers in her garden. She has a huge garden so it's a target-rich environment. I'd be in deep doo-doo if I get caught.

Empty shotgun shells. Stand them on the base and hit them at the top, and they will fly 20' in the air. Shoot the spent primers out when they lie flat. They take about 10-15 hits before they shred. Flat nosed wadcutters work best for really making them fly. Line them up like bowling pins. When hit on the side, they will spin... Even my slavia 618 at a blistering 380 fps will make them fly with a solid "pwok".

I like spinners a lot, small ones are best.
But dandelions at the puffball stage is a blast. Have to have a perfect hit, but they just pop beautifully. They are all up my yard, way past what any airgun I have on hand will hit right now.
Apples with hollow points, helps get the high ones on the tree out for the deer. Perfect for hunting season, they just hang in the yard

Oh heck yeah!
Spiders messing up and crawling across the target are also good fun.
