I went the homemade Lowes washers route, and found the brass washers wore too quickly despite polishing, drilling for lube retention etc. Ended up using Zinc.
Hey Gene, I am interested in buying they parts you mention, I would like to get the brass washers?? and the Bushings?? and seal replacement?? different lubes?? deburing??I do not mind working on my gun, Is there a link to where they go? I am new to Modding Air guns but not Rimfire & Centerfire guns
Gene, I've used your pivot washers in the past, and I ended up sanding down the thickness quite a bit to make them fit my Crosman Storm. They were quite a bit thicker than the plastic washers they replaced. Is that to be expected? Thanks,Mike
Any reason the washers would raise the POI signifigantly over the stock ones?

The difference is Gene's washers fit perfectly, and tbe ones ive tried have zero slop. They are exact with no modification, and you don't have to shop. It only took a few days to get mine. I love tuning my guns, and Iove the B19's- especially the Stoegers, but I don't have time to screw around. I get my bushings from Gene, my triggers from Charlie, and my spring, seals, and lubes from ARH because these are the best you can get for these guns.

Just re-installed them and that problem is gone. Shooting pretty tight groups now.
