Benjamin triggers, can they be better after the bearing fix?

I have just gotten my Benjamin Titan from Crosman yesterday and it shoots like a dream. Half inch groups at 15 yards right after sighting in the 4X Centerpoint scope that came with the gun. This is the first scope I've had that has distortion around the edges. I mounted it anyway since I didn't have an extra scope laying around and it's doing Ok so far. This gun is a refurb but looks new. I was hoping the previous owner had shot it enough to break it in and maybe that's what happened. I did the wheel bearing fix on the trigger and that helped the long pull a little but it still has about a 6 lb trigger. Before I take the trigger mechanism apart I thought I would seek some advise.
Is this part susceptible to improving by stoning/polishing or should I just replace it with a custom part?
I really like this Titan. It is very accurate and dead on at 15 and 30 yards. The local squirrels most favorite places to show up.

The GRT-III trigger is listed as working with the Titan.
I'd pony up the bucks and get one! They are a trigger that you'll never forget!
It can also be moved to other AG's should you feel the need.

If the tigger pull feels gritty polishing will definitely help. I personally would try and polish it anyways but if not done right may cause an unsafe trigger. JMO

Get the Tuna trigger. You'll never regret it.

You should just drop the $30 in the mail for a "tuna trigger". ....whole lotta bearing threads going around lately.

Remove the "V" shaped trigger return spring. That should help you out for a lighter pull.
