Trigger stop

While scanning though some old threads, I came across a trigger stop mod that "Antlergeekadam" came up with. It's an Allen screw tapped into an existing hole at the bottom of the trigger guard of an NP2.
In the picture, he provided, the screw went straight in. When I attempted this, it was to close to the trigger and prevented the gun from firing. The plastic, being as soft as it is, allowed me to redirect the screw to aprox. 45 degrees. I filled in the gap with Marine Goop and covered the threads with shrink wrap to reduce the wear to the plastic aftermarket trigger. Turned out the shrink wrap prevented firing unless I pulled really hard. This threw off my shots.
Then, I remembered reading the trigger adjustment screw shorted up the 2nd stage of the trigger. After turning down the screw one-half turn, I'm now hitting dime shots at 20 paces instead of the quarter sized groups I was getting before.
Thanks for the tip, Adam! (One day I'm going to learn how to get the photos from my phone to the site.)
