Well all mods are done and it's back together. Put about ten rounds through it,seems much loader but may also be due to shooting in shop. It's frustrating with no chroni here at my shop. Will get to my friends this week and find out. Until then I will shoot the living !!!t out of it. I want to thank all of you that have given me advice here on the forum while doing this project gun. Starting to get these co2 and PCP guns half figured out. Thanks again to all. Wolfer

Congratulations, Mike! I hope it's a fantastic shooter. Let us know how it goes once you get to put it through the paces.

Thanks Jason. Everything went except when I opened up barrel port it got a slight bit off. Did not seem to hurt anything. Thanks again. These guns are habit forming. Wolfer

Congrats on getting it all up and running. Always nice when the project comes together. Throw up some pics when you get a chance.

Well got my new chroni and got some readings on the new modified QB78. 665 to 685 fps. Opinions please. Have been smoking the feathers vermion the last couple of days, man does it shoot. Been thinking about the PCP mod for this gun but may just get the 79. I am really enjoying the 78. No big deal in replacing cartridges in the heat of battle. All I can say is best money I have spent besides my new Summit. Wolfer
