John - where did you get the regulator? Did you install yourself? Have a write up on it? Just curious because I've thought some of doing the same to my WC .22 just for the sake of learning how to do it and because, well, we all enjoy tinkering to some extent!Is it the kit for the sniper x2, as that is a bottled gun as well? Looks like the same bottle as the WC.
The most common problem of low shot count when converting an unregulated PCP to regulated is that the hammer strike is set for higher pressure than you are running, leading to way more dwell than you can use at the lower pressure.... Try reducing the hammer spring preload until you notice a small loss in velocity.... It isn't uncommon to double the shot count by doing that, without any loss of power.... We call that tuning for the "knee" of the curve on a regulated PCP....Bob
