XS60C PCP First Gen Accuracy Issue

Well, I've gone and done it. My FDPCP 1st gen has been a model of reliability and accuracy for months until last night. Was going to do some more work on my custom LDC which I made, (which btw has been very effective for months now) and figured while I had it off I would clean the barrel since I haven't cleaned it ever. Well, after running some pull throughs with goo gone, I got the LDC back on, and suddenly I have a shotgun. The gun will not group to save its life. Up, down, left, right, shots are randomly flying everywhere with no rhyme or reason. Even solidly benched.
So, I thought perhaps I damaged my LDC, and so took it off and shot without.
Nope, no change, still all over the place.
Ok, maybe I loosened the barrel somehow enough to cause shifting.
So I installed a second QB barrel band as well as checked o rings and seating for security and now the barrel has 0 movement. Nope, no improvement whatsoever.
Perhaps I damaged the crown somehow. Ok, cleaned up and polished the crown. Nope, no improvement.
Perhaps the goo-gone created some weird friction spots in the barrel (beginning to grasp straws now). So dropped two drops of silicone oil in the barrel, ran a few shots, then tested. Nope, no change.
I have over 70 pellets through it after cleaning the barrel, which should be plenty for releading. I am using the same pellets as before which until now would make one ragged hole at 40 yards all day.
Any suggestions O highly esteemed GTA forum?

But, I'm not going to chance cleaning the barrel on mine until it gets figured out !

Just a little update. Mike is right as usual, and its just taking longer to re-lead the barrel than I'm used to. At about 150 shots tonight and groups have tightened up considerably. Not where it was, but doing under an inch at 30 yards, so getting there.

I'm glad to hear it seems to be sorting itself out with some use.
That is so weird though. I've never seen a need for more than a few seasoning shots, and some barrels seem to shoot great within two shots after a cleaning. Seems like Scott (Motorhead) had commented about silicone oil gunking up a barrel so perhaps that prolonged the amount of time needed for it to settle down.

Naa, I ran dry patches through afterwards for that very reason when adding a couple drops didn't help. Fortunately I have a couple tins of garbage pellets that was able to simply blow through to speed things up.

Pretty much back to its original accuracy now. The two flyers are from my wobbly bench. Gotta fix that. 10 shots at 25 yards.

Yeah I believe Mike says not to clean them unless accuracy goes away.
