It wont stay cooked after I took it apart cleaned it and fixed some things on it( put a leather in it) What should I look at next?? or do, It is a B3 air rifle.

Did you work on the trigger in it ? While it is just a SWAG, see if holding the trigger forward will let it catch when you cock it. If yes to both, you likely rounded too much off the trigger.
The other suggestion is to tear it back down and reassemble. I have had to do that more than once to a rifle and "found" where I missed a spring catch or it just worked the second time.
Hope you get it figured out as mine is shoots nice groups out to 15 yards.

Also, if you put a washer behind the spring between it and the spring guide it might not cock. If you mean it cocks and fires when you return the cocking lever back forward check the anti-bear trap. It might be butting up against the trigger instead of sliding over the bottom of the trigger.

If you changed the spring it may be too long and coil locking before the piston goes back far enough to catch the sear. Also check the trigger spring, make sure it's on the nub on the trigger and not below or above it.
