Yep, had one on my 95 .25 with a Hawke scope before I decided I wanted to try a 2 piece ring set. Looked like this before the switch:

My cousin put one on his Walter falcon hunter and it worked perfectly. Had a bug buster scope and you couldn't get close enough without offset.

Not much room between the rings. If you have a fat turret section, they may not fit.

The wife should be home from her trip with my camera today. I got the tune done and got the muzzle break off and modified so it can be reused. It looks as original. It took several tear downs to get the right combinations of mods for optimum results.
I'm waiting for 2 drills to be delivered so I can make my new muzzle break. I shot it with the regular mounts and it was good. I may be slow but the mail is slower.

Just teasing Rob,
I've had the trigger apart on my friends Hatsan 100x for almost a year
.
My Son keeps asking, "Dad when are you gonna finish Chucks gun?"
Audi, you're exactly right on that; the U.S. version of the Hatsan 95 got shagged with the 11mm dovetail!

Hi Hatsan 95 guys... Here's my first official post to GTA! I just got a brand new Hatsan 95 (Vortex) from PA today and wow... It is everything I expected and more. I've owned several air rifles, but all have been sub-$300 guns, and this one is FAR and away the nicest I've ever had, and at the same time the least I've ever paid for one! $179 + the recent 20% discount bought me a *(&^ of an air rifle! (Apparently I can't type H-E-double hockey sticks here
)
I've got a Leapers/UTG 3-9x40 scope that I intended to throw right onto it, and I ordered an Accushot 1pc mount for that purpose (I almost started with the offset Accushot shown above, but I wanted to see if I could get away with the regular one with 3 base screws first)... Problem is, this thing isn't even CLOSE to fitting properly on this 11mm dovetail! I can try to post a pic later, but the problem is that the "clamping depth" (that's what I'll call it) of the Accushot is way too shallow... So when clamped down, the centerline of the mount ends up getting pulled way to the side, effectively tipping the whole mount WAY off to the side, dramatically out of line with the top of the bore. Not even close to working. The clamps would either need to be significantly deeper, or have a rounded channel underneath to mate with the rounded receiver profile, in order for it to sit anywhere near the way it should. I know that all of the Accushot bases have the same clamps on them, because I've owned several... So for those of you that have mounted them onto a Hatsan's dovetail, what did you do?? Short of doing some significant machining on this mount in one way or another, it simply won't work... I'm not going to mount my scope 15-20° off vertical. The only solution I see is to buy some of the more expensive mounts that I've seen that have more "clamping depth", or a rounded channel, so they'll clear the rounded receiver. I have a Beeman rifle with the dovetails cut into the receiver the same way, with the rounded receiver in between the channels - as opposed to a flat built up channel, as on a Marlin Model 60 for example - so these mounts really wouldn't work on any other air rifle with that standard dovetail arrangement either. I even know that Pyramid recommends this mount for this gun, so either people are installing their scopes in a totally ghetto-rigged way, or I'm just going slightly bonkers
Thanks guys!

Have you tried taking out all 3 base screws, flipping that plate around and then trying to mount it to the dovetails?

You bet... I should have mentioned that, that was my first reaction when I saw it, but I ended up trying it both ways. I'll take some pics tomorrow of it mounted both ways. I'd like to see how it compares to what you remember yours looking like. I know you had the offset mount, but the cross sections of the mounting plates are the same on both mounts (I'm sure you know what I'm talking about).

Hey guys... I know I started off by sort of highjacking this thread (should have started a new one). But since I already posted here, just wanted to follow up. I ended up sending back my first Mod 95 to PA due to the fact that I discovered that the dovetails were actually machined WAY off from being top dead center of the receiver along the bore axis. It was little enough that I hadn't noticed it at first, but once I realized that none of my mounts would sit straight on it I suddenly realized what was wrong... That sucker had the grooves machined I'd say at least ten degrees off from where they should have been. Just wouldn't have been possible to zero it in at more than one point in space really with the scope being that far off alignment with the bore axis. So, they sent me another one, and lo and behold the dang thing has the same problem! Albeit, to WAY less of an extent... I don't know if one of the Turks over at Hatsan has been drunk at the wheel while operating his mill or what! But anyway... It turns out that by taking advantage of the fact that the UTG Accushot mounts sit naturally a little crooked to one side anyway, I was able to somewhat counteract the effect of the dovetails being slightly off center by mounting it to lean in the opposite direction, and I think with a little grinding on the top inner edge of the mounting plate on the mount, I could get the thing just perfect (its actually sitting slightly crooked in the OTHER direction now, regardless of which way I flip the plate - but the crosshairs are darn near the bore axis).
I kind of feel like still sending it back and getting one that's "perfect"... But man I love the way this thing shoots! No Chrony or anything here, but I'm getting way better groups than I have in the past with any of my other break barrels (cheap Beeman RS2 and "Ruger" Yukon) out to even 50 yards (I'm easily hitting a 3" spinner out that far quite often, and I'm happy with that!). I like the fact that the bore, at least at the breech end, is a little tighter on this one. And somewhat unexpectedly, the thing is shooting Crosman Premier Domed pellets FAR better than anything else. I had hole in hole accuracy at ~11 yards while testing all of my pellets... Whereas the JSB and H&N Target Trophies were just all over the map! Pleasant surprise there kind of
I think I may just end up holding onto it knowing that it shoots well and that I've basically corrected the machining error with my mount setup the way it is. I look forward to getting the thing opened up once I'm done playing with it for awhile, I want to do as much of a tune as I can manage, and see how much better/smoother I can get her shooting!
Anyone else heard of thus specific issue on any batches of Hatsan receivers? I did see an earlier thread that seemed to mention something very similar (on the Edges maybe?)
