XS60C muzzle/front sight too tight

I just received my CO2 .22 XS-60C today. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to move the front sight (muzzle) assembly at all in any direction.
I already removed the set screw on top and no matter how I tap it, it will not move in any direction.
How should I remove it?

You'll have to use a wood block and hammer to tap it off.
Once you do get it off, check the end of the barrel to see if it's flared. One of mine was visibly flared and confirmed with a caliper.
If it is, you'll likely need to file it down to properly fit an LDC or for easier sight removal/installation.
