Over stabilization is a myth, guys are shooting .223 on 7" as fast as the bullet can take it without exploding right out of the muzzle without seeing over stabilization. Ag speeds are nowhere even close those rpm levels. Marko
but throw in some casting imperfections and the gun will be spreading out bullets at long range.

What is Your long range?rkrDid You read that test from sihry which we made on shootting range? TPL and I ? That should put some clearances for selecting those casted bullets or even weighted..But everybody can do what they want... And all those groups which we shot was non weighted or non selected bullets...I don't say it is only fact but it makes me thinking twice if I doing any more selecting concerning bullets..Wrinkles,small imperfection or so on...
Well it is Korean barrel(?) I recommend firelapping to that bore... And yes those bullets which TPL shot was horrible full of wrinkles, holes and other fails..
You will get no results with fine GRIT and only few shots. If you want to make any difference you really have to start with 220, then 320, finally 600 GRIT. There is no risk to enlarge the bore that much as it is a lot of metal to remove and you only have one wipe through at a time.Trust me, I have done it many times and got good results without enlarging my barrels. It really doesn't feel comfortable to start with 220 but that is what it takes to get some result.
I don't know how rough those Korean bores are but I did firelapping 2 TJ's barrel like this: 220/ 15 shots 320/15 shots and 600/30 shots. That was Corsair barrel. Savage's barrel I did: 320/10 shots 600/ 15 shots. And between every 5 shot I used brush and push couple plugs through. And I used hardcast bullets. I get advice from TPL
