Broken cocking lever and weak mainspring on webley Valuemax

I have a Webley Valuemax .20 cal. that the spade end of the cocking lever has sheared off to the same width of the cocking slot so it falls out. I was cocking it when it happened and it slipped and fired a dry fire. I searched everywhere and found a company in the U.K. that has complete parts lists for many rifles except you have to convert pounds to US dollars to figure out price. It's the only company I found at all with parts for Valuemax let alone a complete parts list. While i'm buying my new cocking lever I think i'll get a .22 barrel also. This is a Britsh company so I think they sell the weak British mainsprings everything else is the same. This is the rifle I wrote about a moth ago. The spade had slipped and I didn't know what was wrong a It was cocked for nearly 6 days.It is very smooth and extremely accurate with Benjamin and crosman premier FTS one hole accuracy at 25 yds and flat trajectory. Now that it works I can totally tell it's weaker. I saw an old topic on mainsprings for Valuemax that had two mainsprings listed but can't find them.Is there anybody out there that know of workable and more powerful than stock mainsprings or kits that will fill the need.I have been doing searches for days with no results.Haaaaaaaalp!

Photo 2 is curious looking very abused. You may have more issues inside that rifle......

Tear it down and make a COMPLETE list of parts.
No sense ordering one part at a time.

It looks like a standard b19 setup, wouldn't a cocking arm off of a Crosman Storm or something similar work and the spring should be an E3650 from Air Rifle Headquarters...

I also have a .20 cal ValueMax which I bought used. It had been tampered with and it discharges when closing the barrel. Haven't had time to look at it yet but it came without the safety installed. He shipped the safety parts with it. I am hoping there is some trigger adjustment to prevent the accidental discharge.
