Concerning .22 jbs 15.9gr exact jumbos, I've seen some slightly bent skirts in my tins where approximately 1/8 to 1/6 of the skirt is dented in. Will this affect accuracy or will the skirts bend back into a circle from the air pressure of the disco?
If not then I would only load the undamaged ones.

I've put the back end of a drill bit to them to straighten them up a bit, and they did okay @ 10yds inside. I don't think it's a good idea for backyarding tho, just for safety's sake.
Hey...I see you use a Hammers scope. How do you like it?

I have used the 3-9 compact for over 6 years on my CFX.
It's a nice, lightweight scope, that's served me well.
