Dave: I've got the Edge Vortex in 25 Cal and the 85 Sniper (spring piston) in 25 cal. I like both of mine. The 85 Sniper shoots harder but the Edge Vortex has a nicer shot cycle. The 85 Sniper has the Quatro Trigger and the Edge vortex does not but I like the single stage Trigger on it as well. I have the Edge Trigger set-up with about a 2-3 lb. pull, smooth as butter too! I have Tight Fitting Barrels on All 3 of my Hatsans ( no oversize ). Best regards - Tom

Best regards - TomI was offered a trade with an Edge 25 for my Gamo 22.... I just love the quattro triggers....I just know the 95 so I feel better about it....the Edge triggers can be adjusted or just polished up to shoot more crisp?
I own Edges in both springer and gas ram and the power of them both is on par with the Model 95..the gas ram shoots 570ish with 25.39's and the springer shoots those same pellets about 10 fps faster. Neither of mine is quite the way I got them...the gas ram is now in the Harvest Moon camo stock the springer came in and the springer is now in the tactical stock my Webley Spector came in and I jokingly call the SpecEdge. The trigger is a clone of the older style Gamo trigger packs and while obviously no Quattro and never will be, it can be made better with a little polishing and lube and by changing out the 2nd stage screw for a longer one which is all of .23 cents at your local hardware store plus there's any number of simple ways to shorten the 1st stage from adding a set screw to simply bending the spring that sits behind the trigger and you can find quite a bit on the subject here..that trigger is why I joined GTA...lol.http://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=102268.msg962086#msg962086Top pic is my Edge .25 Vortex in camo, bottom is the Edge .25 springer aka the SpecEdge:
