Hey Tom,I didn't use a drill stop, I just measured and drew a line around the bit. Alternatively you can use tape. Not really that bad. The other end is a bit tricky. Dont know if you can see in the pics but I have a two axis vice underneath....really helps to line up. Measure 5 times, then cut How much runout do you have? I wouldn't attempt it with any significant play. I though about just drilling through the barrel connector. Perhaps Jeremy has some insight.
Hi Tom, I'll try to give you a call today. The TP passages are 6mm I believe (you open to 8mm) the TP opening is about 9.5 mm (you open to 12mm) . You could incrementally open the passages (I did not), but you need a slot bit for the TP opening, as you need a flat base when finished...I see you have it in the kit.Pin for the barrel...not sure exactly what you mean, but the barrel is secured in the front by two allen screws one on top of each other on the front sight assembly...make sure to take both out. The rear is just press fit on to a nipple with orings. Hope this helps!

My kit is installed, and holding air for the past three days. Fired it twice into a pillow, so I know it fires. Cocking is a chore to full power, but didnt have to use my foot...almost though! Did you get yours installed Tom?
